Sampling,
If you want to check the quality of our products in samples before placing any order with us then we will must dispatch the samples on your request but if you will must pay the samples cost. On the samples. Mian Star Enterprises will offer you free shipping and also will return you the samples cost on your first order with us.
Packing,
Normally we pack all products in a plastic type polybags packing.
If a customer wants special kind of packing. He can ask from us without any hesitation but he will have to pay the additional charges for special packing.
Payment,
We accept 100% payment in advance on all orders. We also accept 50% payment in advance but on $10,000 invoice value and remaining 50% payment before dispatching the products for final shipment.
We accept payments for orders through T/T wire transfer to our bank.
We accept payments for samples through Western Union and Money Gram for the sake of customers convenience. i.e less than $500.
Dispatch Of Shipments,
Here are five ways of sending shipments; DHL Courier, UPS Courier, FedEx Courier, TNT Courier and Economy Courier, a buyer can choose one according to his convenience. IF a buyer wants us to suggest the better way of sending buyer, we suggest Economy Courier because the delivery is done to door of the customer. The details of the five ways of sending shipments are as below:
Cancellation Of Order,
Customer can cancle the order or can made changings in order but before start the production of order means that within 7 days after order confirmation.
